ITINERARY
Day Trip – Machu Picchu Tour
Early in the morning we pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and transfer you to the train station in Ollantaytambo.
From there you will board a scenic train that travels along the Vilcanota River through beautiful valleys and cloud forest landscapes until reaching Aguas Calientes.
After arrival, we take a shuttle bus up the mountain to the entrance of Machu Picchu.
Your professional guide will lead a fascinating walking tour through the most important sectors of the citadel, including temples, terraces, ceremonial spaces, and panoramic viewpoints.
After the guided tour you will have free time to explore and take photos before returning to Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then transfer to Cusco.
Early in the morning we pick you up from your hotel in Cusco around 4:30–5:00 am. We travel by private transport through the southern valley of Cusco for approximately 3 hours until reaching the trailhead.
